Some things just are.
For me, it serves no purpose to complain about them.
Or take a victim stance.
Mindfulnesss adopts a curiousity around why I am feeling this way.
I can identify the triggers and choose to move away from the scenario or make a different
choice around how I will respond to the drama.
I will practice a neutral, loving compassion where I can.
I will detach and perhaps let You go.
I do not need to inform You how I arrived at this decision.
I empower myself in the doing.
I send You love.
You get to decide what it then means for You...
