Why not react less?
The energy spent being upset can very well be channelled into something else.
Towards self care, perhaps?
Feeling your feelings is good.
Being a witness to life, ditto.
You decide what has impact.
What has staying power.
What does in fact affect change.
And if You are dealing with that toxic narcissist (or their flying monkeys) choose to
go grey rock. That is a measured response, as opposed to a reaction (which is their fuel).
Choose more self directed peace, if You can...
