Feed your Soul.
Watch over exposure to negativity.
Avoid arguing online.
Get enough rest.
Exercise and meditate.
Read. Listen to music.
Keep learning. Keep moving forward.
Be cognizant of my inner dialogue with myself.
These are the habits I must remind myself to do daily.
For, as an emotional eater, it's easy to be addicted to things (and people) not good for me...

  1. So important for us to check in & self monitor our thoughts for really we can become them. Also important to monitor the people in our lives & our activities. Things like watching violent movies with gratuitous sex, instant gratification or misogynistic video games that desensitize Self care is paramount. Great post!
